Jane Dyball

Jane Dyball is a music industry veteran and strategic consultant. Formerly CEO of the £200m turnover businesses owned by the Music Publishers Association, she steered MCPS into financial recovery, paying down its £20m debt and overhauling its relationship with its owners, customers and service providers. in 2018 she won the Outstanding Contribution award at Music Week’s Women in Music Awards, in 2019 she won an Ivors Academy Gold Badge and in 2022 the MPA Gold Badge.

Prior to that Jane spent over a decade running Legal & Business Affairs internationally at major publisher Warner/Chappell Music and was additionally responsible for international digital strategy, developing markets and public policy.

Jane is passionate about access to opportunity in the Arts. She is Co Chair of Attitude is Everything, Co-founder of the Primadonna Festival, a Trustee of Suffolk Artlink, and is a mentor for tech music incubators including Abbey Road Red. She is a founder Advisory Board member for Music Tech UK. She has a business transformation consultancy business, Laffittes Ltd.
