Primadonna ‘headlines’ the Big Book Festival…
We’re absolutely delighted to be ‘headlining’ the Big Book Festival weekend which takes place from 8–10 May. The three-day virtual book festival that brings together the best of the cancelled British literary festivals and on Saturday night features our very special event: Primadonna co-founder Catherine Mayer, also co-founder of the Women’s Equality Party, author and journalist in conversation with internationally-bestselling novelist Marian Keyes.

The Big Book Weekend was co-founded by Primadonna Kit de Waal alongside author Molly Flatt. The festival has content for both kids and adults, festival die-hards and people who’ve never considered chatting about books in a tent. Kit and Molly are deeply committed to ensuring that the the festival as many communities across the UK as possible, and the widest choice of reading tastes.
They want to encourage people and families of all backgrounds to come together around books: reading them, writing them, talking about them.
