As well as bring co-directors of Aspire Black Suffolk, Franstine Jones is a Public Speaker and has worked as an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Consultant for 20 years; Ellisha Soanes is an award winning Equality and Diversity Consultant and Primadonna co-founder and Tonia Wilson is a Director, Trainer and Project Manager.
